July 2010
Egypt, Normandy, Wiltshire, and Tuscany: Revisited runs through July 30.
July 9: Weston Lambert Trunk Show:
In 2010 Weston Lambert received two things: A full-ride scholarship from Tulane University to study glass sculpture in New Orleans, and a credit card statement politely demanding money for repairs to the 1971 VW Beetle (Mad Max) that will (hopefully) take him to Louisiana. Between $1,500 in student fees, health insurance, and a minor heart palpitation possibly related to his concerns about hurricanes, over-sized cockroaches and swamp animals gone metropolitan, he needs a fair amount of help. Please join Weston and friends at the Blue Horse gallery on Friday, July 9th, 5-9 P.M. for his ‘blow out’ sale with pieces beginning at $10. The show will include a variety of small works, prints and glass sculptures. The silent auction starts at 5:00 and closes at 8:30 p.m.. Raffle tickets will be available until 9:00 p.m.
